Birth prep including support of your birth plan and postpartum goals, education and support during and after pregnancy, preparation for a planned c-section or vaginal birth including vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), postpartum recovery and rehabilitation for every type of birth, diastasis recti rehabilitation
Peri and postmenopausal support and education, headache, joint, tendon and muscle pain, genitourinary syndrome of menopause which may include but is not limited to changes in urinary and bowel function, painful intercourse, and pelvic pain
Pelvic, lower abdominal, hip and/or low back pain, dyspareunia or painful intercourse and/or penetration. Other diagnoses that may fit under this category include endometriosis, vulvadynia, vestibulodynia, PCOS, adenomyosis
Desire to improve bladder control including urinary leakage, urgency, frequency, difficulty with urination/retention, painful urination , nocturia or frequent urination at night, interstitial cystitis.
Desire to improve bowel function including constipation, fecal urgency, frequency, leakage, outlet obstruction, slow motility, dyssynergic defecation
Low, mid and upper back pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, neck pain, headaches, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, shoulder, elbow, knee, foot and ankle pain including tendon and muscle injuries, running injuries and return to run support
With consent, dry needling may be used to address muscle pain, tightness and dysfunction
